Human Resources Director New * Location Princeton, New Jersey * Category Human Resources * Job reference: US_EN_7_849144_2645321 * Job Type Direct Hire Human Resources Director Ajilon has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Director for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client in Princeton, NJ. The HR Director oversees all aspects of HR in the organization including recruiting, employee reviews and will have extensive experience working with benefits brokers, assisting with the compensation layout and managing a team. This individual will report directly to the CEO and be expected to oversee multiple locations. Essential Responsibilities: * Build collaborative relationships and provide consultative advice to managers and HR business partners on total rewards strategy (e.g. promotions/transfers, job offers, relocation) and policy and guideline interpretation * Lead the development of the health and welfare benefits strategy and direct the design, implementation, communication and cost control of health and welfare benefit programs for employees globally * Manage employee's enrollments in group plan benefits and retirement plan * Administer group plan benefits by answering questions, updating and terminating enrollments, reconciling invoices, calculating premium co payment payroll deductions, coordinate benefits and updates with group plan member support team * Support annual Open Enrollment by populating census, and collecting and tracking enrollment elections Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in HR or MBA is a plus * 5+ years of overall experience in a Human Resources role * SHRM-CP and PHR Certifications strong plus Skills: * Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information * Excellent interpersonal communication, and presentation skills Compensation: * $90-95k Please apply with your CV to: More Information * Apply with us An Equal Opportunity Employer.
