Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role,, areto:

  • Assess competitors strengths, weaknesses,strategies and plans to recommend options to compete moreeffectively;
  • Evaluate the attractiveness of specific consumersegments and recommend, as appropriate, how to position brandagainst these consumer segments;
  • Quantify incremental sales opportunities viaincreased distribution in new channels;
  • Evaluate technologies/web based initiatives toincrease marketing and sales messages tocustomers;
  • Determine if consumer promotion programs aredriving share of voice, loyalty and/orprofitability;
  • Define internal processes, identify best practices,pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as,executing projects to disseminate best practices and/or addresspain points and opportunities for improvement;
  • Evaluate payer segmentation and recommend optionsto optimize.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Masters of BusinessAdministration program with a minimum of 2 years relevant workexperience in Marketing, Sales, General Business (Finance, SupplyChain, etc.) or similar function;
  • Leadership, demonstrated through the ability tolead projects and willingness to work successfully with diverseteam members, while establishing and delivering goals in a team orindependent work environment;
  • Integrity, supported by a proven record ofdelivering results by fostering open communication, effectivelypreparing written communication and speaking/presenting openly andhonestly;
  • Flexibility, evidenced in the ability to partnereffectively and achieve results through influencing team membersand agency partners, while understanding and incorporating customerneeds in the decision making process;
  • Efficiency, exhibited through strong financial andanalytical skills with the ability to make recommendations based onin-depth quantitative analyses, sound problem-solving anddecision-making skills with demonstrated ability to identify keyissues, consider customer needs, make well-support fact-basedrecommendations, and identify and implement appropriate actionswithin specific deadlines;
