KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Security Operations Analyst to join our Global Service Center organization.
Help ensure that requested changes in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Global change management system that requires Information System Security Officer (ISSO) involvement are handled effectively, including the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Provide regular status reports and keep track of the number and nature of the queries being handled to the ISSO
Coordinate vulnerability management activities with internal and external stakeholders for Cloud based systems
Assist in the creation and ongoing development of technical documentation for Cloud security
Interact with the Global Security Operation Centre (GSOC), including Incident response and intelligence sharing
Act as the incident coordinator for the response to individual Cloud security incidents and improve and challenge existing processes and procedures in a very agile global and fast moving information security environment
Minimum of five years' security experience is required and a minimum of five years' of IT experience?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Security or equivalent from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience?
Experience in documenting processes and reviewing or drafting technical architecture and cloud security architecture material better practice; prefer prior Azure experience
Strong understanding of attack vectors, current threats, and remediation strategies; Experience with computer forensics practices and procedures, basic investigations, and evidence handling is preferred
CISSP or CISA or CISM certifications or equivalent preferred
Willing to obtain one or more of the following certifications: CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge), CompTIA Cloud+, Microsoft MCSA: Cloud Platform, Microsoft MCSA: Office 365, Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform & Infrastructure (Advanced Server Infrastructure), Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform & Infrastructure (Advanced Server Infrastructure)
