KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Director, Global Audit Quality Transformation to join our Global Audit Quality Transformation organization.


  • Collaborate with leadership at member firms and globally to develop global requirements, guidance and tools to meet the objectives
  • Develop global implementation and monitoring of the enhanced requirements
  • Participate in Global Audit Quality Transformation (GAQT) initiatives where significant changes are being made to the policies, processes, tools and monitoring?
  • Collaborate with the other global functions (e.g. Global Risk Management, Global Independence, and Global People) to develop and deploy solutions
  • Perform current state inquiries as to how the top 10 member firms analyze their audit client portfolios
  • Establish framework and structure for one or more regional centres of excellence for high quality System of Quality Management (SoQM) support together with the regional audit quality leadership


  • A minimum of fifteen years' experience in working in a KPMG Member Firm with strong field experience and/or a Department of Professional Practice role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • International network in the audit function or significant experience working in a complex international or diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained in a professional services firm
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards
